Welcome Home To Shadowridge Park Apartments.Copper Hill Dr. Valencia, CA9. MAINTENANCE. the guys here are awesome. NEVER had a problem with that and don't think i will. BRITTANY & NANCY. GYM & POOL. it ain't LA fitness or Gold's Gym but it has free weights and a bench. SMOKE FREE. i have 2 toddlers so i guess that sums up the reasoning. PARKING. yes i know it ain't a house and i don't get my own driveway but there is literally never guest parking. Had a problem with our neighbor being extremely loud at all hours of the night, so we call the management. Management says they will keep my complaint anonymous to the tenant. Parking was horrible, but I will say its common for there not to be great parking conditions. HOWEVER, if our car was parked for more than 3. Where else are we suppose to park if we have to leave town unexpectedly? It just does not make sense, especially because it not like the car looked unattended or in a non working condition. This is suppose to be our . Where would you like us to park? Oh yeah, in the neighborhood across the street. My husband and I rented out the pool/club house for a graduation party and we were then fined for the carpet being stained.. As I go into the office to get the keys for the pool/club room, I waited quietly and patiently while a Mom delivered the keys to the manager because she had just ended her daughters children birthday party..
Normally wouldn't someone go inspect the pool/club house to check if its cleaned up after being used? No, not in this case. And as I wait there for the keys, one of the managers starts bad mouthing my husband. NOT KNOWING I WAS HIS WIFE. Good job Vista. I kindly ask for the keys and prepare the room for the party. And for whatever reason, with all the adults, mothers, fathers, and grandparents (people who know how to clean up after themselves) my husband and I were told we left stains on the carpet in the pool room. No we didn't. And they were handing us a fee for the damages.. Management was the worst. I understand there is a level of cleanliness they need to have and a standard that needs to be met. However they are rude, inconsiderate, and should not be working with people. They act like high schoolers, who talk about the residence. Living in Valencia is nice, however be aware of living off Copperhill .. They could SHOULD have done a better job with Kitchen; Living; and the balcony space. The bedrooms seriously are tiny. Pretty far from I- 5 and the morning commute for is weaving in and out of traffic to reach I- 5, have had come across some terrible drivers, elsewhere though. The place looks like a resort a bit and has a homely ambience as well. They have no smoking signs around but I have smelled heavy cigarette around the public spaces, being asthmatic that concerns me a lot. I love the complex! The apartments are very nice, pool area is very updated and almost resort like! Welcome to the beautiful Copper Hill Apartments located in Vista. 661 Copper Drive, Vista CA 92083. All reviews have been thoroughly reviewed before posting. Rancho Hills Apartments are located at 915 Brooktree Lane #115 in Vista California. Finding available apartment homes in Vista. Refer a Friend. If I would change anything, it would be add more garages and parking - but that's true with almost any where in California! And the Maintenance crew does a great job - I love working with Albert, he is always super friendly and gets the job done! I would highly suggest it to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to live with great people and amenities! Haven't moved in yet and might not. Approval was still good but I was told in addition to the regular $6. She's my daughter a dependent, not a roommate and a full time student who is claimed on my taxes. She just turned 1. The apartment layout is ok, definitely could use more cabinet space for the kitchen! There is a little storage room on one of the porches but because of the shelves you can't store big things. The apartment overall is pricey for what you get. The grounds are usually clean and it is a non smoking community although a couple of times I have smelled smoke and have seen someone smoking. For about 2. 00 more a month you can get a garage which really isn't that big. The pool area is nice and clean and the gym is 2. The only real downside is the guest parking is horrendous! On multiple occasions I have seen people driving around for 3. For some reason our rent was cheaper with an 1. Also be aware that your cell service may be very sketchy especially if you have Verizon. My salary at work isn't keeping up with the rent increases which are getting to be an expensive pain in the as@ every single year. Other than that, it's a beautiful place to live if you don't mind paying the extra $1. Had I known about the rental increases up front, I wouldn't moved in. Plus the parking for your guests is horrendous. Wanted to give an updated/edited review and add on a star. We recently had to move from our 3rd floor unit to 1st floor and I was really pleased with how helpful Jennifer in leasing office was during the move, and the whole leasing office was very accommodating. We didn't get our whole security deposit back but the charges were very fair, and they really do a good job with keeping the apartments new and updated looking. We really like being on the 1st floor, zero road noise and the apartment is more spacious. Upstairs neighbors are loud, but that's just apartment living. The pool is so quiet during the week, but occasionally on weekends and afternoons I notice lots of people smoking , and lots of parents totally ignoring their kids in the pool (I have a daughter and this is very frustrating, though it's no fault of the Vistas of course). We've had a few issues with our kitchen sink backing up and they were on top of it. Albert will, and has always checked up on me even once my work order has been completed, letting me know that he cares. Both maintenance guys are great when Albert isn't there Bobby is right there! He really went to bat for me and I didn't want that to go unseen! I would have been a very pissed off resident had Bobby not been all over it! Thank you gentlemen! There records listed my deposit wrong due to building being sold twice during my stay, After moving out, I AM BEING FORCED TO PAY ADDITIONAL FEES for cleaning etc. Do yourself a favor a do not move in here. My stay was pretty decent until I had to move out. Got charged for an extra garage remote that i didn't have. Got charged for an extra day that I wasn't there. Also they charge to paint when you move out even if it doesn't need a pain job. They'll charge you to clean the carpet even if it's not dirty or stained. Oh and they raise your rent every year. There is never any guest parking. The walls are very thin. Just a mess honestly. Honestly I think if you're going to live in Valencia do yourself a favor and look for a house. The apartments out in Santa Clarita are all pretty much under the same management and there is no rent control so it increases every year. The apartments are also really tiny here. Don't be sold by the . Also the building is not gated so expect theft to happen. I got a a couple packages stolen and for about a good month all mail was not being delivered due to the fact that the mailboxes were getting broken into. Just don't live here. It's a total waste! My family enjoyed living here for almost two years. The parking isn't perfect but it also isnt nearly as bad as most complexes I've visited. The gym is nice and always open. I think what made our residency here even better is the property manager, Nancy Kelly. She seems to truly care and consider what each and every resident is going through/in need of. She responded quickly and kindly to each and every email. As a resident, I could always depend on her. The maintenance men are nice as well. I lived in these apartments for two years with my two kids and LOVED it! We had the 3- BR with attached garage, so it felt like our own little place. The complex is always quiet and the staff are professional and nice. We never heard our neighbors. They maintain the pool and gym, and the club house is gorgeous. Whenever something needed fixed, they were either there the same day or the next. My only complaint was the amount of rent, which went up $2. I just couldn't afford it anymore. The other complaint is lack of parking for guests, but honestly, it's a minor issue considering all the benefits and the location. They could always park down the street. The office ladies were always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was very fast in fixing things that weren't considered emergencies, which I definitely appreciated. I personally loved the landscape and how well it looked in the community. The neighborhood is quiet and nice as well as the local school. I just transferred to a sister property, but will surely miss it at the Vistas especially my island kitchen floor plan!! Coming from an ex- tennant: if youre considering this place, do yourself a favor and scratch this one off the list. Unless, that is, you would also like to enjoy 2 years of. I saw on multiple occasions that people were throwing their dogs in the pool. Thse are long- term things you discover after living here for a while and are already roped into a 1,2 year agreement. This should be a 3. I also like the area, it's close to the hills and some good hiking. But you will hear the person above. When BRE developed this place, they really inflated square footage figures.
